The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm

I've had several good visits to SushiSamba at the hotel, but I want to mention an ongoing concern about the prayer room. More than once, lobby staff have told me it was “under maintenance” when I asked, even though signs beside the elevators point to a prayer room. Since I've heard the same answer on different visits, I can't tell whether it's temporarily unavailable or restricted. In a Muslim country like the UAE, hotels should keep prayer facilities available for visitors, including people using the restaurants and public spaces. If the main room can't be used for a while, arranging another space would be appreciated. I hope management takes this feedback into account and improves things for Muslim visitors.

Such a lovely spot for a cozy evening with friends. The bar lounge has a great feel and the service was wonderful. Nikko was really friendly and made our cocktails to suit what we like. Wihan was just as sweet, and when my drink had too much ice, he kindly brought another one with less.

The interior is very chic, and the rooms are beautiful with their light colors. There's a cosy, elegant cafe on the first floor for coffee or dessert, and Cordelia restaurant serves delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I travel around the world, and I've never had this level of service elsewhere. Marina, Ibrahim Mabrouk, and Igor gave me truly personal attention and went above and beyond. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the whole staff provided outstanding service throughout my stay. Bravo to the entire St. Regis Dubai, The Palm team, and thank you again. Your guest, Donato D
