I had a wonderful 3 day stay, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The evening manager was especially awesome. He clearly knows his staff well and leads with care and professionalism. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, and the customer service was excellent throughout. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, which made my trip even better. I appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, stress free stay. Thank you so much ❤️💐

I celebrated my birthday here on May 19 🎁 and had a wonderful stay. PREETI and the rest of the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, and the location and facilities were convenient and excellent. My room was comfortable, clean, well maintained, and had a very nice view. Every detail added to a pleasant experience. I appreciated the hospitality, would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, and hope to return.

The dessert section was the best I've had at any hotel or restaurant in dubai, and the service was 5* all around. The buffet had a great range of food, and everyone got to try a bit of everything. The meal was really tasty. Leah at the restaurant welcomed us and showed us in, then checked how we liked the food, which matters a lot in F &B. The morning shift waitress and waiter on 26th may 2026 were very kind and helpful. I forgot the waitress's name, but she must be nepali, she was the only waitress. The restaurant manager was also constantly checking in and helping everyone get comfortable. At reception, preeti greeted us with a lovely smile and checked us in smoothly. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade, and the view from the 39th floor was beautiful. This hotel felt like the perfect getaway from home. It was worth every penny, and the buffet, breakfast, and staff have me wanting to come back. Tower plaza hotel won my heart! 👌👌🫶🏾🫶🏾

That view from the 61th floor was the highlight for me. Seeing the Dubai skyline from the window, especially with all the lights at night, felt magical and gave the stay a romantic, luxurious feel. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with a bed so cozy I didn't want to get up. The hotel felt classy and relaxing from the moment I walked in. Breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty options, and the other meals were satisfying too. Staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help with a smile. I left with a real sense of comfort and peace, and lots of lovely memories. Highly recommended for a stay in Dubai ❤️
