oh my lord, this place really has no time for anyone staying too long. I added 5 days and they kicked me out right away! I had to lock myself in the room so they couldn’t drag me out. No flexibility for people like me trying to squat in a hotel room for too long. Sad about it, but whatever, I’ll go somewhere else! Signing out.............

Rooms were actually nice and really clean, and the staff were good with customers. The team members were nice too. I’d recommend joining them for a happy, enjoyable holiday.

The receptionist I spoke to on the phone was really rude and shouted at me. There was no phone etiquette or good customer service, and it felt unprofessional. He shouldn’t be answering calls at reception if he’s going to be that rude.....

Had dinner atTime palace restaurant and the food was really amazing. The service was good too, especially Sujina, who treated us very well. We’ll definitely visit again.

Pathetic all around. There was hardly any water pressure, no utilities, and the AC was either freezing or not working. WiFi had issues, the lift didn’t work, and the staff were rude.
