The staff were attentive and really friendly, and the rooms are quite spacious, especially the two bedroom suites. They’re clean and decently equipped. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and laundry places nearby, and Mall of the Emirates is within walking distance. We had a good experience and thought it was great value.

Friendly staff provided excellent service, and the rooms were clean, organized, and spacious. The location is handy, very close to Mall of Emirates, with easy access to metro stations and other major Dubai attractions. A good place for either a short or long stay, highly recommend.

People smoke inside the units, halls, and stairwells. Trash is left in the halls, which smell like garbage. The air conditioning might be connected to the sewage line because using it makes the room smell like a toilet. Local landowners are aggressive and unfriendly, and it’s frightening, as if the laws don’t apply to them. I didn’t feel safe. Stay away. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, not even an enemy.

Our two bedroom room was spacious and tidy, with a nice city view from the balcony, and room service was great. The hotel apartment is well located, just a few steps from Mall of Emirates and the metro, with restaurants nearby ranging from Indian to Italian. Rocky and the morning and night shift managers were especially helpful whenever we needed anything during our holiday. The place met our needs, and it was a pleasure to stay. We highly recommend it.

The location near Mall of the Emirates is excellent, and the staff are professional. Mr. Gafar was especially friendly and helpful, with a lovely smile. He treated us like family, and I really appreciate his service. Thanks for everything, Mr. Gafar. We’ll stay with you again soon. Highly recommend.
