Luxe Avenue Hotel

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the pool was kept in good condition. We spent a week at each of three other hotels before finding LUXE, and we liked it best. The staff are helpful, and both the service and the pricing are good. Please keep it up.

The whole team seemed to care about how guests were doing, and everyone was kind, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, which made the visit all the more enjoyable. Thanks to all the staff for making the stay so memorable. I'd happily recommend it for the hospitality and hope to come back.

My experience with this company and its salesman, Akshay Thakur, was the worst. He also said he was a manager. Before I paid, he assured me everything I requested was available and would be provided. After payment and once I had moved into the room, he stopped responding and wouldn't answer my calls. Many of those assurances proved false. Based on what happened, I wouldn't recommend dealing with Akshay Thakur or the company. Be very careful if considering them, and get every promise in writing before paying. I'd also urge hotel management to reconsider working with sales companies or representatives who act this way, since it can hurt the hotel's reputation and leave guests with bad experiences and reviews.

For meetings, it was handy to have the World Trade Center a short walk away. Getting to the Palm or Marina, though, took quite a ride. I booked at the last minute and hadn't checked the location properly, so the noise was my own oversight. The hotel sits by a busy roundabout, with traffic and beeping going on all night. After the first night I had to buy earplugs to sleep. The rooms worked fine for a short work trip. I can't fault the service: restaurant staff were attentive, and housekeeping kept my room tidy. I was on half board and couldn't find anything I wanted on the menu, but the restaurant staff let me choose something else from the à la carte.
