Stay away from the bar. They’ll rip you off and scam you, clean and simple. They’re all Egyptian, so be aware.
The building’s getting a little old, but the apartments are a good size and have nice views. It’s well located by the tram and metro, with no traffic. There are plenty of sale and rental options.
It seems like a decent family apartment to stay in. Prices start at 2,000 AED and go up to 6,000 AED. Like other apartments, it has a pool and gym, and the balcony view looks out onto the scenic Dubai Marina Walk.
It’s near the marina, in a good location, and the security is good.
Pole Fit Dubai is here, and I think security is pretty good. Visitor parking is definitely a hassle, unfortunately.
