Mr. Lee made my evening at the 7th-floor bar at V Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton. He was warm and welcoming, and his thoughtful, attentive service made the whole visit feel relaxed and special. His cocktail suggestions were spot on, nicely balanced, and beautifully presented. He clearly knows his craft and represents the hotel well. The service stayed personal and friendly throughout. I’d recommend the bar to anyone staying at V Hotel.

The happy hour on the 30th floor was a real highlight, with beautiful views and a lively, luxurious feel. We also loved the anniversary cake. It was delicious and beautifully made, and the Pastry Chef gave our celebration a lovely personal touch. The Lounge Executive Team, Dinupa, Khan, Gyan, and Payel, brought elegance, comfort, and real attention to detail. Rosaline, GR Manager, made the experience warmer with her gracious leadership. Jhon at the Bell Desk was courteous and efficient, and Mohsin from Housekeeping kept everything in excellent order with great care. Sonam, Angelica, and Ndibulyawa were also thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Every interaction showed pride and genuine care, and that consistency made our anniversary stay unforgettable. It sits in Al Habtoor City by the Dubai Water Canal and works as a base for both leisure and business trips. Rooms and suites are spacious, with a futuristic design, and there are several places to eat and socialize. Level Seven serves international food and is often the breakfast venue. Zoco has a lively atmosphere and reimagined Mexican food. V Deck is an urban poolside spot with cabanas and a DJ booth, good for sun and cocktails.
