Vida Dubai Downtown Luxury Apartment

The apartment, facilities, and most of the staff were wonderful. VIDA Residences and VIDA Hotel were clean and beautiful, and the management team was high-level. Thanks as well to the gym employee who noticed us lost and personally showed us the way. Our first arrival at Tower 2 reception was disappointing after a long, tiring flight. The man there, a short guy with glasses, was arrogant and unprofessional. While we were confused and needed directions to our apartment, he laughed with colleagues and made sarcastic comments instead of welcoming or helping us check in. We showed him the management team's message, and he just said “you’re ready” without giving us keys, an apartment number, or directions. We wandered around the building between Tower 1 and Tower 2 until the gym employee helped. When we came back to reception, the same guy laughed again and said the apartment number was in the message. He could have explained that kindly the first time. That attitude was unacceptable for someone at a hospitality front desk. Management, please train reception staff better. One rude person can ruin the first impression of such a beautiful place.

I asked receptionist Mohamed Zeshan for the administration's number, but he gave me his personal number. He has no manners and treats guests disrespectfully, as if he’s angry with himself.

Wow 😲, vida residence is so luxurious when it comes to hospitality. All of us can use vida. Great 👍
