Our son’s graduation celebration at Vida Dubai Mall felt extra special thanks to the team. We were surprised with a lovely cake, a fruit basket, and a welcome card with a personal graduation greeting. Those thoughtful details made our family feel appreciated and gave us a lasting memory. Mariah, Kurt, Shwan, and Noor at Reception greeted us warmly and were professional and helpful. Khi also looked after us wonderfully in the restaurant. The whole team showed real care and attention, and our family had an excellent stay. Thank you for making the milestone so memorable. We’d love to stay again.

The sixth floor was a pleasure to spend time on, from the moment we stepped out of the lift. The pool stood out, and the lifeguards were attentive, quick to help, and friendly without getting in the way. They kept a close eye on swimmers, especially the kids, which gave us real peace of mind and made the stay feel safe and relaxing. Thanks to the whole team for the great service. The gym was spacious, well equipped, and spotless, and the facilities overall were exceptional. Highly recommend!

Mariah made my friend’s birthday feel really special. She arranged the cake, balloons, and personalized birthday letters with so much care. Her attention to detail and love for her work made my friends and me feel welcome and at home. She was kind, sweet, and professional, and her service made the celebration unforgettable. Thank you for such a lovely occasion, Mariah. You’re a star!

The staff really made us feel at home during our great stay at Vida Dubai Mall. Khai was so welcoming and attentive, and Caroline at reception was kind and helpful. The location is perfect too. We’d definitely stay here again.

The view of shining burjh khalifa from my room was spectacular. The rooms were always spotless and tidy, and the staff were excellent, greeting me every morning. Special thanks to Bhumesh. I enjoyed the food and ambience, and the room service was quick. A lovely downtown hotel with great hospitality and a comfortable stay. I’ll visit again.
