Villa Rotana Hotel

Thanks to Abdul for being friendly and helpful. We had a good stay here, and the staff were polite and quick to take care of our requests. Food smells from the next unit, or somewhere else, did get into our room, but reception sorted it out after we let them know.

Mr. Abdul at reception made a big difference during my stay. I arrived tired from my trip five hours before check-in, and he managed to get me into a suite within an hour. He checked in with me each day, and when I ordered shipments that arrived after his shift, he asked the next morning whether I’d received them. I saw how much he cared about the guests. Mr. Mohammed and the other staff were wonderful too, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the city center and Business Bay metro station. My suite was clean and organized, with a full kitchen, washing machine, two bathrooms, and a living room with TV. Breakfast had lots of good choices, and the gym had everything I wanted. It was a really good experience, and I’d choose this place again in Dubai.

The Concierge Supun was especially respectful and helpful whenever I had questions. The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The hotel felt safe, too. I was here for six days in Dubai. Getting around was easy, with transport, restaurants, and main attractions nearby. My room was comfortable, clean, and well looked after, with fresh towels and daily housekeeping. Breakfast had a nice range, and the hotel was calm and pleasant. Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning handled the heat. I enjoyed the stay and would come back. It’s a comfortable choice at a fair price.

Mr. Supun looked after my family and me so well on our first visit to Dubai, and his guidance and support meant a lot. We’d happily stay here again if we get the chance. We arrived from London on my son’s birthday, and Mr. Supun had kindly arranged a surprise for him. It touched my son deeply and made the stay especially memorable for him.
