Really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were very good, and the receptionists and staff were professional and lovely.

A sheet had a sun stain when I was checking out, and the receptionist, Shahjan or Shahjad, tried to charge me 150 dirhams for it. I told him this sort of thing is normal in a hotel, but they still took 50 dirhams. I’d checked the bed when I checked in, and that sheet was torn too. Terrible hotel, and I won’t come back.

The smell is awful throughout, and the parking is terrible. Nowhere near reasonable. Such a disappointing stay, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room service was good, and communication was very good too. All the staff were great. 👍

The pool was closed, and the service was rude. We paid for a buffet breakfast but got a vegetarian meal in the room, just fries and toasted bread. Never again!
