Versailles by Vieras Hotel

I’ve stayed at many hotels in Dubai, and this one stands out for its comfort, atmosphere, and service. Dibrag, the bellboy, was extremely helpful and gave me all the information I needed. Mr. Ahmed, the housekeeper, was prompt and made the stay memorable. Mr. Denzel, the duty manager, was helpful and always greeted me with a friendly smile and a great personality. My interactions with Mr. Anil and Ms. Anjali at reception were difficult. They weren’t up to par in their reception and conversation, and seemed uncooperative. I’ll stay here again and recommend the hotel to people I know.

For my first stay here, I found it a good-value budget option in Deira. The location works really well, a short walk from Al Rigga Metro Station and the busy Al Rigga street. Thanks to Anil, the front staff, and the housekeeping crew.

Anilkumar was especially impressive, polite, attentive, and easy to speak with. The hotel was neat and clean, so the place felt comfortable and welcoming. I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend it.

The breakfast room had a big screen to keep us entertained, and nobody rushed us, even after the breakfast time was over. There was a good range of food, and the hours were flexible. The pool on the top floor was nice too, with showers and towels available whenever we needed them. The staff were amazing, and room cleaning was excellent. The location is convenient for public transport, with lots of shops nearby. Dubai’s security meant we didn’t worry about leaving our things as they were in the room. I’m not sure about the rates, since we booked through another agency and had sightseeing pick-up and drop-offs included.
