Every guest complimented the hall, the atmosphere, and the event. The setup looked elegant, and the buffet had a wonderful range of delicious food. The staff were warm and professional and helped everyone feel welcome. Madumali made my daughter's graduation party special from the very start. She was patient while we planned, listened closely to my requests, and kept following up to make sure the details were right. Choosing Madumali was one of my best decisions for this celebration. It felt like a dream, and I'm grateful for the care and service that made it unforgettable.

Shabana at the restaurant was so kind and attentive, making sure everything was right during our meals. Her positive attitude and service made our experience even better. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it.

Chef Riyad was a great help with my dietary restrictions, finding suitable options within his protocol, and the food he cooks is really good. Ms. Raman at reception also made a big difference when I needed first aid. She was caring and professional. Housekeeping kept my room fresh and neat with daily cleaning. Ruhman and Toidh were dedicated and supportive, and Sabana, Anil, and Pu were calm and friendly, which always made me feel welcome. The location was convenient for reaching the organizations behind the hotel, and easy to get to by cab or Dubai public transport, including Bus 320 and 31. It was peaceful, with open space to walk and relax, plus comfortable couches in the lobby and on the floors.

The rooms were excellent and the hotel is nice and clean, but service needs work. Dinner took 2.5 hours, with 20-25 minutes between courses. We had to remind the waiter and captain several times before food arrived. Later, we asked three times for toothbrushes at night and still didn't get them. In the morning we had to call twice before they were brought up. It's a good hotel, and would be great if they fixed the service.

I've been staying at VOGO Grand Hotel for two years, often for 2 to 3 months at a time, and whenever I'm in Dubai I choose it again. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and very good, and the overall service is top quality. Staff are professional, polite, and helpful. Yasir Hussain and Prabh deserve a special mention: they're cooperative and respectful, and always kindly check whether everything is okay and take care of the services. I'm very satisfied with my stays and recommend VOGO Grand Hotel for comfort, cleanliness, and good hospitality.
