The boulevard is lovely at night, with a really impressive atmosphere. It runs between the Emaar buildings right beside Dubai Mall, and the Burj Khalifa view makes an evening walk especially enjoyable. There are cafés and restaurants all around, and the area feels spacious and well organized. It’s clean, orderly, and safe, with plenty of room to stroll, relax, or take photos. The heat does get in the way of enjoying the city, though. Even around 9-10 p.m., it can feel like 50-60 degrees. I liked Dubai, but the humidity, intense heat, and occasional unpleasant smells often made it hard to fully enjoy being there.

What stands out here is how peaceful and luxurious it feels. The grounds are clean, cared for, and beautifully landscaped, with good facilities and easy access to cafés, restaurants, and leisure activities. The sea and skyline views are breathtaking, whether you’re relaxing or taking a slow walk. A lovely beachside spot for families, friends, or anyone after some calm.

Clean, modern place with a great view. My only reason for giving it three stars is how hard it was to stop and wait outside the towers. I was picking up a friend who lives there, but there’s no permitted waiting area, which made things inconvenient.

A very bad area to live in. At peak times the traffic is extreme, it can take an hour to get about 1 km. There’s no visitor parking for the seven buildings, and security can be difficult, questioning owners. Network coverage is a serious problem too, especially since the buildings don’t have boosters.
