Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah

We spent three nights at Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah with our family, and the resort was a true benchmark for luxury hospitality. Its peaceful beachfront setting has beautiful views, with convenient access to Dubai’s major attractions. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully laid out for families. We also enjoyed the impressive facilities, including the well-equipped gym, beautifully maintained pools, and restaurants serving high-quality food with impeccable service. The people are what really set this hotel apart. Mr. Moustafa at Reception made us feel welcome with his professional, caring manner. Mr. Jacob, F&B Manager, helped ensure we had an exceptional dining experience throughout the stay, and Ms. Julia, Assistant Reception Manager, showed outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. My thanks as well to Operations Director Mr. Raymond. His leadership is clearly reflected in the smooth guest experience across the resort. Finally, General Manager Mr. David Wilson’s commitment to excellence shows in every part of the hotel. He has built a team that consistently delivers world-class hospitality. From arrival to departure, every team member showed genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail, making our stay seamless and memorable. We look forward to coming back and highly recommend this resort to families, couples, or anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Dubai.

Yanis gave us the warmest welcome and arranged a room with a stunning view, which made our weekend even more special. We also really appreciated Sasi and Jar at the pool. They were friendly, professional, attentive, and always made sure we were looked after. We had a great weekend and a memorable stay. Thank you all, we’ll definitely come back!

The room was comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room to relax. I did feel, though, that the setup, furnishings, and amenities didn’t match what I expected from a luxury five-star hotel at this price. I could also hear noise from neighboring rooms at times, so the sound insulation needs improvement. The outdoor ambience and landscaping were relaxing, the location was excellent, and the staff and guest relations team were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. I enjoyed the stay overall, especially the service and outdoor setting, but given the rates, I don’t think the property offers the best value for money or quite delivers the luxury experience you’d expect.

Lawrence from the beach team was exceptional. He was always attentive and helpful, making sure we had comfortable sunbeds and bringing drinks or anything else we needed. His positive attitude and excellent service really added to our experience. The Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah is beautiful, with excellent facilities, and the staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout my pleasant stay. Thanks to the whole team. I’d happily recommend the hotel and look forward to returning.
