Waves - Elegant 28th Floor Studio in Carson A, Damac Hills

My brother and I use the tennis courts and horseback riding facilities regularly, and it’s great not to have to leave Damac Hills for either. There are lots of sports and recreation options here. Having those amenities nearby makes day-to-day life feel like a resort, with plenty of ways to stay active.

It’s a really nice place to live, with a beautiful building and a great view of the Trump Golf Club. There’s also a large swimming pool and a handy gym.

This isn’t a good community. There’s traffic, car horns, and parking trouble both inside and outside the building. Street parties and loud music during prayer time make it hard to work, sleep, or do anything.

The place is really bad, and there’s no service. When something goes wrong in the unit, nobody responds, and security hasn’t helped with neighbor problems. You can hear everything from outside, and smoke from neighbors’ apartments comes into yours. The dog barks all night, every night. I expected Security Ozir to help sort this out, but he said he couldn’t do anything and told me to contact the apartment owner.
