A peaceful community with lovely views of Dubai marina and Burj al Arab. There are buses right out front, so getting around is easy. The pool, playground, restaurants, and other amenities are great, and the place looks good too. It’s home to educated professionals and decent people from different countries. Feels like a paradise.

You might hear an alarm in the middle of the night while living here, and you can’t shut it off. It happens every two months. I don’t recommend living here.

The parking situation is a mess. Our assigned spot isn’t even connected to our building, and the walk is so long I’ll probably faint trying to get there in summer. I have no idea how they allocate the bays. We moved into Noor 4 recently. It looks beautiful at first, with a stunning community, lots of amenities, and nice-looking apartments, but living here has been a nightmare. There are plenty of maintenance problems, and you have to submit a request through their portal. We waited a week for a toilet leak to be fixed, but when someone came to look, they left without fixing it and didn’t come back for another two weeks. Luckily we have two toilets. Water also leaks out of the slanted shower when you use it. They said it was a big job and they’d come after two weeks, but it’s been a month. I wish I could leave.
