For six months now, the false fire alarm has gone off in the middle of the night and kept sounding for at least 30 minutes. Our kids are traumatized by it. Tenants have all reported the problem to Emaar communities, but so far nothing has been done to stop this horrible alarm. Avoid living in Harbour views at all costs.

The Harbour views security team are polite and respectful, and they’ve always assisted me well. The loading bay security deserve a special mention.

For a year, there’s been a bad smell from the central air conditioning in this building. You notice it as soon as you enter the lobby, and the same unpleasant smell comes into our room every night. It’s very annoying. 😮💨😤 I tried everything, including having professionals clean the air conditioner and using air freshener, but the odor in the building and the B1 parking lot pushed me to move out. I’m moving to the new building next to this one. The smell still hasn’t been fixed after a year. OMG, terrible!

The security service is very good. They treat contractors well compared with another security team, and they’re helpful with all the handling, always very cool.
