Nice view over JBR, close to JBR beach and Marina Mall.

It’s super noisy, and recently the top 10 floors lost power. The community management is the most incompetent organization I’ve seen in my life. They sent notice of a 6-hour outage 15 minutes after it had already started. Nobody takes responsibility, and the staff seem clueless. Update: traffic is becoming unbearable. Security sides with anyone but the tenants and harasses you over everything.

The tower was developed by Emaar and is nice, but the traffic noise is a real problem, especially after midnight. There’s also always at least one of the three elevators broken.

The building and location are nice, but the constant car horns ruin it for me. You can hear a klaxon around 30 times in just 60 seconds.
