Update 21/Jun: Please train the security staff. They sit drinking tea and coffee and stop people to ask whether they live here, even when this is Dubai and they could make things easier. It’s a constant nuisance. Original review, 7/Jun: The location downtown is the main highlight. Some apartments have a beautiful canal view. The studios are smaller than in other buildings nearby, the gym is mediocre with a few machines out of order, and the pool is large and good. The AC works well in peak summer, covered parking is available, reception is okay and quick with access cards at check-in, and there’s a smaller Carrefour next door with most essentials. My experience was decent apart from the poor security and small rooms. Security should understand that Airbnb residents change, and it’s their job to know who’s staying instead of questioning people just because they haven’t seen them before. That’s a pathetic excuse.
