The Iftar evening hosted by Al Habtoor Real Estate was lovely. Everything was organized so well, and the atmosphere was beautiful. The food and sweets were delicious too. A five-star experience from a great team!

Such a lively place to spend time with friends and family. The atmosphere was energetic, and it made for a memorable visit. A fun spot to relax and enjoy the vibe. 💃🎶🍹

Three things really disappointed me. First, I booked through Amex and the room description said two queen beds, but we got two double beds. There were three of us, and staff insisted the doubles were queens. The service was also very slow and poor for a 5-star hotel. The concierge was rude and arrogant and kept giving us wrong information. Amex FHR usually gives $100 credit per night, but the hotel offered only $100 for the whole stay, however many nights. When we disagreed, they arrogantly said we could just cancel. Our room faced the highway and was loud. The water wasn't hot enough while the air conditioner had the room freezing. And the valet couldn't find my car.

The buffet is amazing at both breakfast and dinner, though outdoor seating is limited. It gets very busy during peak season.
