Checking out was another problem. Staff wouldn't help when I asked about the final bill, and they refused to explain the charges. Earlier in the stay, I tried to raise several apartment issues, but they brushed me off and didn't respond, leaving me feeling like my concerns didn't matter. From arrival onward, the staff seemed uninterested in helping and were rude when I asked for assistance. Their attitude made it hard to feel comfortable, and I was very disappointed by their professionalism and customer service. The whole experience was deeply disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay or good service.

I paid to confirm a two-night booking for a four-bedroom apartment because the location looked close to downtown. After a family emergency forced me to postpone, I asked to move the dates to another month. They first said their system made changes impossible. Then, after several calls, Anushree said they'd change the dates if I paid an extra 1500AED for each night. That made no sense after being told a change couldn't be done at all. They wouldn't connect me with higher management, and I lost the money I'd paid. The people answering the phone didn't seem to know what they were talking about. Staff were unresponsive and uninterested in basic service, ignoring questions or giving vague answers. They came across as rude, and the service was terrible. I think this place is shady, so don't be tempted by the location. I'd never recommend it, and I wish I'd booked somewhere else.

Ms.Eman was especially friendly and helpful, and welcomed us so warmly. I loved the staff, the hospitality, and the atmosphere. Such a great hotel experience, and I highly recommend it for a lovely vacation.

Amazing views and a great place for a holiday, we were completely satisfied. Just make sure to call an hour before you arrive since someone has to come give you the keys. We waited nearly half an hour for that.
