Wyndham Downtown Dubai Hotel

The location was excellent, and nearly everything about the stay was great. Facilities and service were really good, and Hawazen deserves special thanks for being kind, professional, and wonderfully hospitable. She was helpful and made our stay more pleasant. Housekeeping was the one small area that didn’t quite match the hotel’s high standard. Even so, it was an excellent experience overall.

We stayed in the last week of May and had a great time. Rustam at Starbucks took real care making our drinks and was always polite, friendly, and attentive. At breakfast, Jaipur and Toutiq Dhirays were welcoming, accommodating, and easy to talk to, which made our mornings more enjoyable. The whole team worked hard to make guests feel comfortable, and their kindness and professionalism stood out. We’d happily return and highly recommend the hotel.

We’ve visited Kenza Restaurant many times over the years, including to celebrate both our children’s first birthdays, so it holds lovely family memories for us. This time we stayed at Ramada Downtown Dubai for a night, and the experience was excellent. The food at Kenza was superb as always, with great quality, taste, and service. Vishnu at reception was especially professional, friendly, and helpful. He made check-in smooth, handled our needs promptly, and made us feel welcome throughout. Thanks to everyone at Ramada Downtown Dubai for the warm hospitality. We look forward to returning and recommend it to families seeking a comfortable, memorable stay.

We had a relaxing stay with a fantastic view of Burj Khalifa and the water fountain show. The room was upgraded for free, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and there’s a free shuttle to important landmarks.
