The indoor games area staying open 24 hours, the pool being available until 9:00 pm, and the fully equipped gym made Western Hotel Ghayathi a really easy place to relax with family. There are also a couple of Banquet Halls. The rooms were spacious, bright, clean, and stocked with the basics, including air conditioning, a digital safe, electric kettle, bottled water, tea and coffee, sugar and creamer, wardrobe, toiletries, bath towels, hair dryer, and dental kits. We had originally booked 2 Deluxe King rooms online for 1 night during the Eid Al Adha holidays, at a very competitive rate with breakfast included. The welcome drink was a refreshing milk-based flavored drink, and the front desk welcomed us warmly. Check-in was smooth, and we were upgraded to a higher room category without asking. We are pure vegetarians, so we were worried when we saw that much of the menu and dinner buffet was non-vegetarian. Front Office Asst. Manager Mr. Umang arranged for us to speak with Chef Hari, who quickly organized delicious Pure Vegetarian Indian dishes. The charge was also much lower than we expected. That excellent service led us to extend the stay by another night. Breakfast had a wide and tasty selection, with juices, yoghurts, fresh fruits, Cheez, Arabic, Indian, Western, Continental and other hot dishes, breads, croissants, cakes, pastries, tea, and coffee. There was also a Live Cooking Station for freshly made egg dishes, with special thanks to Chef Bharat for his skill and courteous service. Although the hotel is rated 3-star, the standards felt like 5-star to us. It's a good break from the city for time with family and friends without worrying too much about the cost. We will definitely return for another staycation.

The staff made this stay especially enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and ready to help from the moment I checked in until I left, always with a smile. I’m particularly grateful to the Manager, Umang, for his thoughtful hospitality and for making sure the stay went smoothly. The support team also deserves credit. Their hard work, friendliness, and attention to detail added a lot to my comfort and showed the hotel’s strong service standards. My room was comfortable, well maintained, and a relaxing place to stay. I’d happily recommend The Western Hotel, Ghayathi to anyone wanting good service along with a comfortable stay. I’m looking forward to coming back.

The room was clean and well looked after, and both the dinner and breakfast buffets were tasty and good quality. Sudesh also made a big difference. During the Eid holiday, he kindly arranged a great room for us at the last minute. He was accommodating, polite, and efficient, easily one of the best front office staff I’ve booked a room with.

Bijaya is reliable, punctual, and consistently hardworking. The rooms are kept to a very high standard, with excellent attention to cleanliness and detail, and the work is finished efficiently and on time. He also has a positive attitude, works well with the team, and is always ready to assist both guests and colleagues. Bijaya provides outstanding room attendant service and is a valuable member of the housekeeping team.

Service, food quality, and the staff were all good, and the hotel offers great value for the money. It isn’t on the beach or nearby, but that didn’t take away from the value. We couldn’t book a beach hotel because we had a trip to Sir bani yas island, and for a family stay, you can trust this hotel. It’s a great 3 star hotel compared with 3 star hotels in dubai.
