The staff made this stay special, and extending our reservation several times was completely smooth. Lileth, Pradeep, Mark, Lwin, and the rest of the team were kind, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, while the housekeeping team clearly paid attention to detail. The buffet had plenty of good-quality choices, with different dishes rotating each day. Stella and the rest of the team were super nice. We also enjoyed the well-maintained pool during the day. Families have plenty to do here, including pottery making, camel riding, a shaded playground, table soccer, and other activities for kids. From arrival onward, the staff took great care of us and our family. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return and recommend it.

This was a clean, comfortable, and well-organized hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. The service was even better than expected, especially because of Hadi. His calm and confident manner, attention to detail, and clear sense of responsibility helped everything run smoothly. He was approachable, present, and genuinely focused on guests. That level of care made the whole stay feel seamless. I would gladly return and highly recommend the hotel.

The kindness and cheerful attitude of the staff were noticeable from the moment we arrived at Al Dhafra Desert Resort. They welcomed us with a complimentary fruit platter, and after I mentioned that my mother was celebrating her birthday at check-in, we found a birthday cake waiting after dinner. It was such a thoughtful surprise that we'll never forget. The food was delicious, generous, and varied. We definitely recommend this place and will come back.

Al Dhafra Resort is a peaceful desert escape near the camel race track and close to Madinat Zayed. Because the property is so isolated, it suits anyone wanting a quiet stay away from city traffic. The scenery is serene, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the complimentary camel ride was a lovely experience. The restaurant serves good food, and the courteous staff even prepared Upma for breakfast, although it came without side dishes. My sleep was disturbed by an excavator working in the backyard around 5:00 AM. Other than that early noise, I enjoyed the stay and found it relaxing. Noise management in the early morning could be improved.

Our family had a great time at Al Dhafra Resort, largely because the staff were so supportive and attentive. Johan was a huge help with our baby and the room cleaning, always checking that we were comfortable. Guma also took excellent care of us during breakfast and dinner. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond made the stay memorable. We really appreciate the service and would highly recommend the resort. I'm already excited for our next trips. Please call me back ASAP
