Rihab deserves special thanks for the kind, professional welcome and the warm smile she brought to every interaction. Her helpful attitude made the stay more enjoyable. I also appreciate the hospitality and excellent service from the entire hotel team, and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone wanting comfort and good customer service.

The hotel has potential because of its location, but the organization, service, cleanliness, and maintenance fell far short. Our 3:00 PM check-in became access to the rooms at about 6:00 PM, which was especially inconvenient after traveling. We had booked a two-bedroom apartment and a deluxe room. For two days, calls from the room phone to reception, room service, and other services were never answered. Calls from our personal phones also received no response, so we had to go downstairs for every request. Fresh towels requested the day before still weren't delivered. Used towels were folded and put back, while the sheets and blankets seemed not to have been changed, only the bed remade. The rooms and corridors smelled strongly of pets and animal waste. After the second day, feminine hygiene products were still lying on the floor in the room. The lobby public restroom was consistently dirty, with sand on the floor, no tissue, and sometimes no soap, as well as heavy humidity. Sleeping was difficult because of loud beach club or pool music late at night and furniture being moved until the early morning. Sound insulation was poor enough that plumbing, showers, and toilets from nearby rooms could be heard clearly. Breakfast was overcrowded. At around 9:00 AM we were put on a waiting list just to get in, and staff suggested arriving at 6:30 AM to avoid it. In all my travel across Europe, Asia, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi, I'd never before had to wait for hotel breakfast. The breakfast selection was limited, and the dinner buffet we paid for was similarly disappointing, with only one chicken dish, one beef dish, and one pasta option.

Our two-bedroom suite had a huge sea-facing balcony, and the view was stunning. The beds were comfortable, the sofas were large enough to sleep on, and the property has two swimming pools plus a children's pool, with access to a beautiful white sand beach. The building is older, but it was well maintained, and Sam, Kaval, and Dev were friendly and accommodating from arrival through departure. The main problems were the very slow Wi-Fi, which kept disconnecting, and the lack of plates and utensils in the kitchen. Those could be requested from reception. We still had a wonderful Eid and really enjoyed our family stay in Ras Al Khaimah. 💖✨

Everyone did a good job, including the restaurant and pool teams, who were clearly working hard. Nihal and Rehab welcomed us at reception and were especially attentive. I also noticed their supervisor checking that everything was in order, and Ayesha from housekeeping helped us without hesitation when we needed assistance. From check-in to check-out, the service was friendly and welcoming, and we had a pleasant stay.
