Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah

Angeline from the Front Office team made a real difference to my stay. She was welcoming, polite, efficient, and handled everything professionally with a warm attitude. Citymax Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently helpful and courteous throughout my visit. The overall service was outstanding. I'd recommend Citymax Hotel for its cleanliness, quality service, and friendly staff, and I hope to return.

The kitchen team, especially Gaurav and Manish, served delicious and well-presented food consistently. Their hard work showed in the quality of the meals. I also want to mention Rohit from the service team, who was friendly, prompt, and professional. The staff at Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah made my stay comfortable and memorable, and the hospitality was genuinely commendable. Highly recommended.

The view was stunning, the room was clean and cute, and the amenities were great. My only issue was the shower cubicle door, which needs adjustment because water can easily come out. I arrived late, but Priyanka at the front desk handled everything in 2min. She was quick and very helpful, giving me the fastest check-in I've ever had. A wonderful stay, with kudos to the staff.

Miss Pushpa specially serviced me, and the warm hospitality continued throughout the stay. The food was outstanding, every meal was well prepared, and the breakfast buffet offered plenty of fresh choices. The pool area was calm and relaxing. The hotel was close to shopping centers and attractions, and the city view from my modern, clean room was beautiful. From the elegant lobby to the spacious rooms, everything felt carefully considered. The staff were professional and always ready to help with a smile. It really felt like a five-star experience.
