The hotel was even more beautiful than the photos, especially the lobby, which was gorgeous. We were upgraded to a very clean and comfortable suite with two bathrooms, and everyone made us feel at home. The staff were kind, polite, and helpful, particularly the room and parking teams. I was super excited and satisfied with the stay, and if I return to RAK, this will be my only choice. Thank you.

They went above and beyond to make sure the event went smoothly, and we really appreciate their dedication. The whole team made the occasion special. Naveena at reception was exceptional and kindly arranged the beautiful balcony view we requested. The room itself was spacious, cozy, and comfortable, while the concierge team was just as attentive and accommodating. The hotel’s location is ideal for getting away from city noise and relaxing in Ras Al Khaimah. Breakfast was okay. One small thing to know is that toiletries and bathrobes aren’t placed in the room automatically, so they need to be requested. Even so, we had a very pleasant stay.
