The resort was fantastic, but the team made the biggest difference. Mr. Hany, the Reception Manager, gave us a warm welcome and made check-in seamless. Ahmed and Essam were also consistently supportive, helpful, and genuinely hospitable throughout our stay. Mr. Ibrahim, the Restaurant Manager, made the dining experience equally impressive through his attention to service quality and guest satisfaction. Many thanks to this brilliant team for making the stay unforgettable. Highly recommended.

Rixos Bab Albahr gave us an unforgettable first hotel stay. There were social, sport, and kids activities throughout the day, alongside the usual hotel services, so there was always something to do. The all-inclusive dining was another highlight. Seven Heights served fresh, clean, delicious buffets with a wide variety of dishes throughout the day and on other days too. The food was well presented and consistently high quality. Chef Arif Uzmen was especially kind, friendly, and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make our dinning experience enjoyable, and his warm hospitality made the visit memorable. Ms. Marjan also helped us during check-in and provided us with a good room. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent service. We’ll definitely return and recommend the hotel.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The food had poor quality and very little variety, and the hotel’s cleanliness was unacceptable. The restrooms were so dirty that they were nearly unusable. Service was frustrating because most staff could barely communicate in English. The swimming pool was another serious problem. People were entering it in dirty sportswear and ordinary clothes, which felt unhygienic, and the pool itself looked dirty enough that we refused to use it. The hotel needs to reconsider its hygiene and safety standards. We paid extra for a late check-out and received wristbands, but they weren’t activated properly, so our room access stopped working. We had to go back to reception and lose more time while staff fixed an issue that should not have occurred. The buffet was also handled badly. At exactly 3:30 PM, staff began taking away food while guests were still serving themselves. That was unprofessional and disrespectful. The poor hygiene, disorganized service, and low-quality food made this a waste of money. There are much better options, and the swimming pool alone would justify a formal complaint. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Meeting the management team after my previous complaint changed my impression positively. Mr. Borak and Mr. Bigel listened carefully, showed understanding, and handled every point professionally. Their attention and willingness to address the concerns showed real commitment to guest satisfaction, and I appreciate the effort they made to improve my experience. Mr. Bubin, Front Office Manager, and Mr. Ahmed Essam, Front Office Officer, also deserve special thanks for their warm hospitality, continuous support, and excellent service. Their kindness and customer-focused professionalism made a real difference. I’ve been loyal to Rixos Hotels for many years, and this experience strengthened my confidence in the brand. Rixos remains my preferred choice for family holidays, and I’ll continue choosing Rixos Hotels for future vacations.
