I strongly recommend avoiding this apartment. The rooms themselves are quite good and clean, but the kitchen has lots of cockroaches, the dishwasher won’t open, and hot water only comes in one bathroom. The owner’s attitude was the worst part. A large deposit is normal, but then they look for every little detail to avoid returning the full amount. They charged us 300 AED, around 75,-eur, for a dirty blanket. That’s crazy. If you have another option, choose somewhere else. For me it’s clear: NEVER AGAIN ZAPBED house !!!!

We found the apartment worn out, with cockroaches in the kitchen and cold water in two of the three showers. The 300 AED charge over two flakes on the sheets was ridiculous. zapbed never again.

The apartment has a beautiful view, but this was the worst rental company I’ve dealt with on my travels. Cockroaches were crawling all over the kitchen, hot water came from only one of the smallest bathrooms, and the toilet light didn’t work. The kitchen was fully equipped, but we chose to eat at restaurants. The company kept 300 AED from our 1000 AED deposit and returned only 700 AED. A friend who’d had her days off left two bloody spots on the sheet while sleeping. They said they couldn’t wash it, maybe they don’t know Vanish, and claimed it was a great loss for them. I strongly advise against renting through this company. It feels like they have to steal from your deposit. I’m attaching a photo so you can judge whether those stains could be washed, and whether this really caused them such a huge loss that they had to keep part of the deposit.

From our place, we could see all of Dubai. The accommodation was wonderful, with excellent facilities and service.
