Rixos in Ras Al Khaimah was our first stay at this hotel in the United Arab Emirates, and it went beyond what we expected. The beaches were clean, beautiful, and carefully maintained, while the sea was great for swimming. The water activities also kept both adults and children entertained. Shahbaz at the beach deserves special thanks for reserving our spots every day, which let us relax without worrying. The staff as a whole were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. There was always something to do through the kidsclub and fitness-/ activity team, with activities for children and adults each day. The different pools also gave us a choice between relaxing and more active areas. In the evenings, the animation team put on highly professional shows. Food quality, variety, and presentation were impressive from A to Z. We had a memorable holiday and would highly recommend the hotel. We’ll definitely return.

The whole dining experience at orient restaurant was lovely. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the presentation was beautiful. Imane looked after us with real attentiveness and friendliness, making sure everything was right throughout the meal. Biju and Nichael were also welcoming and fantastic. Together, the team created a warm atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah is a beautiful, well-kept resort, and our stay was even better because of the staff. Monir made the entertainment nights at the X Lounge especially enjoyable, while Emran kept our room spotless, made sure we had what we needed, and created amazing towel designs. Ragbir from the concierge team was incredibly kind when we had an issue with a baby car seat involving amour car rental. He went out of his way to help during an already stressful moment, and we really appreciated it. The meals were another highlight. Lunch at Toro Loco was great, and dinner at both Orient and Toro Loco was delicious. Aneesh from Toro Loco also provided excellent service. We had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly come back. The beautiful surroundings and well-organized facilities made our stay wonderful. Everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully arranged. Monisha deserves special thanks for being so kind and attentive. Although she’s new, she explained the Turkish cuisine confidently and showed impressive knowledge. Her warmth made the experience even more special.

Our family getaway was made especially memorable by an evening at Orient Restaurant. The setting was elegant but still cozy, and the food was delicious, full of authentic flavors and beautifully presented. Monisha took wonderful care of us and our daughter. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm manner made us feel genuinely welcome, turning dinner into a lovely family memory. The hotel itself offered beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was organized to a very high standard, combining comfort with warm hospitality. We highly recommend both Rixos and Orient Restaurant and will definitely return.
