The Bay Club

The resort kept everyone busy with its beachfront setting, several swimming pools, and a mini water park that the children loved. It was clean, well maintained, and suitable for families, with plenty of activities for both adults and kids. Food was another strong point. There are seven restaurants on-site, offering different choices, and the quality stayed consistently excellent throughout our visit. Whether we wanted time at the beach, the pools, or a good meal, the resort worked well for a fun and relaxing getaway in Ras Al Khaimah. Highly recommended for families.

AlJamal at check-in was the clear bright spot. As a single mother of two, I appreciated her warmth, empathy, professionalism, and genuine care. She went out of her way to help and set a positive tone for the stay. The hotel itself made things more difficult than necessary. It isn't animal-friendly, and the restrictions created avoidable stress. Even allowing a signed waiver to heat leftover food bought from room service would have helped. The food also fell short, with a chicken Caesar salad that wasn't as good as the consistent quality at DoubleTree Dubai, and the wait for food was unacceptably long. The rooms and facilities were not enough to offset those issues. More flexibility, better food quality, and quicker service would make the experience much more seamless and guest-focused.

Hirosh and Zeyana from the hospitality team made a real difference. They were warm, attentive, professional, and consistently checked that we were comfortable. DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island itself was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with good facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. It was a memorable stay, and I'd gladly recommend the resort and return.

This was a very comfortable and relaxing family stay at DoubleTree Marjan Island. Our deluxe room had direct garden access, which was ideal with a toddler because she could safely move around and enjoy the outdoor space. There were plenty of activities for children, including heated pools, a good-sized park, a bouncing castle, and a water park she absolutely loved, which we could use together with her. The clean, calm beach was another family highlight. The resort also handled dietary needs well. We appreciated the welcome cookie on arrival, including the gluten-free option, and gluten-free choices were easy to find around the resort. The staff were warm, helpful, and attentive throughout. We would definitely return and recommend it to families with young children.
