Mr. Shahqinar deserves special recognition for the way he looks after guests. He is warm, attentive, and ready to help, whether with arrangements or making sure everything goes smoothly. I always enjoy returning to this hotel because the service stays consistently impressive. Highly recommended.

The evening views over Al Noor Mosque and Al Majaz 1 are beautiful, and the rooms make the stay even better with their cleanliness, space, and comfort. I also enjoyed the food, especially thanks to Raju in the restaurant. He was friendly, attentive, and quick to help, which made dining there memorable. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel 72 in Sharjah.

The waterfront-side location and views are hard to beat, and the team always greets you with a smile. I've stayed here several times, including longer stays and Christmas with my family, and the staff have consistently been friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Sameh, Hamed, and the lovely receptionist whose name I unfortunately forgot. I'm already looking forward to coming back.

The manager, MR .REDA Egyptian gentleman, was the best part of an already excellent stay. He was professional, attentive, and always ready to help, clearly focused on making guests comfortable. The rooms were spotless, the facilities modern and well maintained, and the atmosphere welcoming. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel 72 made the whole stay easy, from the warm reception welcome to the smooth and efficient check-in. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and equipped for a comfortable visit, while the staff responded quickly and professionally to requests. Ms. Hashini deserves special thanks for her attention to detail and dedication. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was right, and I truly appreciated it.
