The room had no electricity, and we were told to wait an hour for it to return. That was only one part of an awful stay. Everything was dirty, including the bed sheets and pillowcases, which appeared to have been used by previous guests. Even after we asked, the room was not cleaned. Staff did not respond, and there seemed to be no management. When we asked for the manager at 7:30 pm, we were told they were not allowed to let us speak to him.

The rooms were better than expected, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a beautiful area of Sharjah and is a neat, clean place to stay for a comparatively low price. A great place overall.

The location is good, but the rooms are small and poor. There’s no kitchen or utensils, and only one very small soap is provided. Towels have to be requested. The price feels expensive for rooms that look very cheap, so I wouldn’t advise it for families or groups.

They gave me very good value for the price. I accidentally made two bookings, but the hotel went out of its way to waive the penalty. Great hotel.
