Al Bustan Hotel

The location is great and the parking facility is good. That said, the hotel has fairly limited amenities.

I only needed five minutes of internet access to check something important online, so I politely asked for the hotel's wifi password. Sajed refused and answered rudely, saying that if I didn't have data, it was my problem, not theirs.

The location worked really well, in a quiet green part of Muscat while still close to the airport and major attractions. The shuttle to popular destinations also made getting around easier. Al Bustan Hotel had spacious, clean rooms with tasteful decor, a comfortable bed, and a modern, well-equipped bathroom. I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the outdoor pool, gym, spa, restaurants, and varied breakfast buffet. From arrival onward, the staff were warm, helpful, and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. I would happily recommend it for a luxurious stay in Muscat.

I stayed for 6 day, and the location was especially good. The service was good too, and my room was clean, large, and had enough space. The furniture, however, was very old. What really bothered me was finding cockroaches everywhere, including in the closet, under the bed, and beneath the slippers. Having to inspect clothes, shoes, and everything else before using them was extremely annoying.
