I was misled by the photos and left after just one night, which was the worst of my life, then went to the Sheraton instead. The rooms were filthy, with ants in the bathrooms, brown water, dust everywhere, dirty beds, and a broken AC. The TV was tiny, awkwardly placed, and had very few channels. Breakfast was just three platters of macaroni, sausage, and boiled eggs, all bland and terrible, while the only juice tasted like water. The pool was covered, filthy, and filled with green water. At night the place looked like a hostel, with strange doors open and old men doing random things. Receptionists were rude and tried to charge my card multiple times. This hotel is overpriced and terrible, so please don't go there. Other places nearby offer much better value.

The staff were amazing and made us feel very welcome, while the rooms were extremely clean. The beach is very close and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, and the food at the hotel was fresh and delicious. As South Africans, we felt as though we had gone back to Durban. This place is a hidden gem in Sharjah, and the online photos really don't show it properly.

The beach is right in front, and Starbucks café is nearby, so the location is lovely. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, the bedsheets and towels were itchy, the washroom was quite small, and there weren't even drinking water bottles in the room. When I visited, the place was very dark with all the lights off. The AC wasn't cooling, and its remote didn't work either.

Having breakfast, lunch, and dinner included was very convenient with a child. The beach is across the road, clean, free, and right on the first line, and there is also a heated pool. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Dubai mall is 30 min by car, while several good museums are only 7-10min away. We enjoyed the stay very much.

The stay is acceptable for the price, but the hotel needs a lot of work to attract more customers. The blankets should be better quality, and the sheets need to be cleaner because they felt itchy to me. The staff were courteous enough to replace them. The lodging facilities also need improvement, and adding more cuisines, such as Indian and Arabic food, would help.
