Al Majaz Premiere Hotel Apartment

We've been coming here for years and usually celebrate birthdays with quiet family dinners while following the rules. This time, though, the receptionist, LESLIE, treated us in a way that made the whole visit extremely stressful. Some relatives even chose not to come because of what happened. We've stayed at this hotel many times, and this was the first occasion when we were treated like this. It was deeply upsetting and turned a happy event into a disappointment.

I booked four nights, but the service was very poor. They only provided 4 small bottels of water per day and refused an extra dental kit. The staff were rude and unprofessional. On the 5th day, when we asked to extend the stay, reception said they couldn't extend the room and spoke to us in a very bad way. For a 4 or 5 day booking, guests should receive better service. I would never suggest this hotel apartment.

The security guard followed our visitor wherever he went, which felt very rude. The kabayan receptionist named Leslie was also strict and not accommodating, and kept calling every minute. We book here from time to time, but this was our first experience with this kind of service. We didn't enjoy the stay, won't return, and won't recommend it.

My Saudi friends used to stay here and liked it. The parking entrance is the problem, though. You have to wait a long time because there is no auto sensor or deduction.
