The rooms at Al Maha Regency Hotel are clean and spacious, almost like a 1BHK, but the guest service was extremely poor. On January 3rd, the front office staff member didn't greet us or make us feel welcome. He called security, handed me the key, and told me, Go to the room. When I asked about help with our luggage, he rudely said, Just put the key in the door, it will open. There wasn't any drinking water in the room, and reception said water would be chargeable. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were missing too. Later that night, people were loudly fighting in the corridor, which was disturbing and made us feel unsafe. The room size is fine, but the hospitality, basic facilities, and care for guests were extremely disappointing.

I chose a twin-bed room for two people three days before arrival, but we didn't get the bed setup we booked. The WiFi also wasn't working, and reception said IT wasn't available 24/7, so anyone needing to work online would have to wait until morning. When we asked for an extra blanket, room service was unavailable for the same reason. I don't usually write reviews, but this was genuinely frustrating. Keep these issues in mind before booking this hotel.

I spent a full month at Al Maha Regency Hotel in Sharjah and found it comfortable and peaceful, especially because the beds were great for sleeping. Mohammad Kamrul haque was kind and professional, while Mahmoud at reception was consistently polite and helpful. I would also like to mention Habib. They made the stay feel very welcoming. The hotel itself was very clean, although some of the furniture is old. A renovation or a few upgrades would improve it further. I highly recommend it for comfort and good service.

This place has a home-style feel, and the room comes with pretty much everything you'd have at home. Some utensils were rusty and dusty, though, and they weren't cleaned every day. The staff are limited and not very reliable. Parking is difficult, so you have to use paid parking. Still, it can work for someone looking for a cheaper stay with a house-like atmosphere.

The hotel had a welcoming, elegant atmosphere, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. I had a large, clean modern room with a comfortable bed and seating area. The bathroom was luxurious and well cared for, while the breakfast buffet offered plenty of tasty choices.
