Shahin was one of the best employees I’ve met during a hotel stay. From check-in onward, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive, while the elegant modern lobby made a comfortable first impression. My room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and the amenities needed for a relaxing visit. Housekeeping kept everything fresh each day, and the quiet atmosphere made resting easy. Breakfast offered a broad selection of good-quality food, and both the gym and pool were kept in good condition. Pullman Hotels and Resorts gave me a very pleasant combination of comfort, convenience, and service, and I’d return.

The facilities and location at Pullman sharjah were good, but the service experience was unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. A bell boy named Azhara (Pakistani nationality) treated me rudely and dismissively after assuming I was "from Asia." He resisted basic requests, used an arrogant tone, and showed a lack of professionalism that felt discriminatory and disrespectful. Management needs to address this conduct and improve staff training. Until that happens, I will not return or recommend the hotel.
