Pan Emirates Hotel Sharjah

The address listed on Booking.com is incorrect, and the price is far too high for such a poor standard. Mold, dirt, insects, noise, and a terrible smell made the room unbearable. The bed was dirty and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was unclean. I left before even spending half the night there, but the hotel still would not return my money. It was the most painful and difficult night I’ve experienced.

The hotel we found was nothing like the photos shared on social media. We came hoping to experience a different place and environment, but it was a complete disappointment. The rooms, air conditioning, and washrooms were so dirty that we couldn’t sleep and ended up going back home.

I paid 137 DHS and got nothing worthwhile. The actual room looked completely different from the Booking.com photos, and both the room and the service were very bad. The room was extremely dirty.

I chose this place because its Booking.com rating was around 8.5, but the reviews gave a misleading impression. Finding it was difficult because the listed address was wrong, the actual hotel is called “Pan Emirates Hotel,” and it appears on Booking.com as “Pan hotel apartments.” The hotel ignored my messages, including my question about the supposed airport shuttle. The room was not properly clean, and one bed still had another person’s hair on it. The furniture was badly worn, while the kitchen had no fridge or cooking equipment at all. My room also had no towels. When I asked, I was told they would arrive in the morning, but nobody brought them, even though I wanted to shower after a hot day. I was also charged about 5€ more than the Booking.com price. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
