Rayan Hotel was comfortable, clean, and well looked after, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The Ramadan arrangements were a real highlight. Both the Iftar and Suhoor were well organized, offered plenty of variety, and had delicious food with good service. The location also made daily errands easy, since major malls and shopping complexes are nearby. It was a memorable stay, and I’d recommend it to families or anyone visiting Sharjah.

I slept extremely well here because the hotel was quiet and relaxing, especially after my trip. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always smiling, while the hotel was cleaned every morning. There was a wide choice of food at the all-you-can-eat buffet, the prices were very affordable, and I was treated like royalty. It’s one of the best hotels in Dubai for me, and I give it 5 stars.

We returned to Rayan Hotel for my sister’s engagement because Linda had made a college function here two years earlier such a smooth experience. Her professionalism, coordination, and support had given us confidence in choosing the hotel again. Linda was once more dedicated and helpful throughout the event. The buffet team were kind and handled everything wonderfully, so we never felt stressed and the whole function went smoothly.

This was the worst hotel stay I’ve had. The washroom leaked, water problems continued, and there were no basic floor or bath towels. The chairs and tables were broken, and nothing was kept clean or tidy. We called reception 2-3 times about the tap, but nobody responded, leaving us to go outside for basic needs and delaying our day trip by 4-5 hours. It took five hours for someone to come and fix the issue. The dustbin stayed full until we called another 2-3 times. Reception was careless and completely unresponsive. The cheaper price isn’t worth this, so I’ll never return and wouldn’t recommend the property.

The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the hospitality comfortable and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
