Luxe Grand Hotel Apartments

The staff at Lux Grand Hotel & Apartments were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. Our two-bedroom apartment was especially convenient for a longer stay, with a large living area, fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, a balcony, three TVs, a washing machine, microwave, and full-sized refrigerator. It was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Having a café and convenience store downstairs was useful, and Dubai International Airport was only about 11km away. Breakfast could use more variety, but that was my only suggestion. We stayed from 25 December 2025 to 6 January 2026 and would happily return. A very comfortable option for families.

The front desk and restaurant teams were kind and professional, and I appreciated their help. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay had too many serious problems. My keycard stopped working every day, leaving me locked out. Staff blamed housekeeping even when the room had not been cleaned. Housekeeping also regularly missed the room, ignored used sheets and towels left out for replacement, forgot toilet paper, responded slowly, or failed to come at all. There were far too many cockroaches, and the thermostat did not work, leaving the room uncomfortably cold. Technicians came but never fixed it. These housekeeping, pest, and maintenance issues outweighed the good service, and I would not stay again without major improvements.

After earlier problems with the towels, we started finding cockroaches everywhere in the room. We requested deep cleaning, but later discovered even more cockroaches in the toilet. They promised to solve the problem, yet it continued, so I don’t know what the supposed deep cleaning achieved. Anyone searching for a hotel should avoid this place.

The hotel felt cozy, clean, and welcoming, and the staff were easy to approach. Miss Rosan, the Filipino receptionist, was especially considerate and helpful. Our baby’s birthday went successfully and was enjoyable, with the hotel’s support. We really recommend this place and would be happy to return again. Thanks so much.
