Al Hayat Hotel Suites

The front desk experience was extremely disappointing. Instead of welcoming us or explaining what we needed to know, the receptionist was dismissive, mocking, and argumentative. Someone working reception should be energetic, understanding, and able to communicate with younger guests and modern service standards. This kind of behavior harms the business's reputation, and I strongly advise against visiting until the staff problems are addressed.

This stay was wonderful, and the service was great. I had stayed here before, when the rooms were old and had a strange smell, but things are much better now. Special thanks to Khalil, the manager, for being so welcoming and hospitable. We’ll definitely come back 👍🏻

I booked Room 1311 for three days with my family, including children aged 2 and 5, but the floor was never cleaned properly. I called reception four times and reminded them repeatedly, yet every evening it was still dirty. The toilet also had a hard mark of poop on it when we arrived. They didn’t seem to care about my daily complaints. This is not a 4 star hotel, it feels like a 1 star place, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you expect a clean room.

We’ve been here for the last three days with my two kids, and the staff have all been nice. The housekeeping boys keep things neat and clean, and Mr.yusuf at the front office is a very kind person. For Sharjah, this is one of the better hotel apartments.
