The room was very comfortable, and the service from the room team was a real highlight. Ako and Mobin were especially helpful, and I also want to thank Sharjeel at reception for handling every request from me and my friends so professionally. I may have forgotten some of the other staff members' names, but I haven't forgotten their effort. I had an amazing stay at Al Reem Hotel and would happily come back to Sharjah, as well as recommend it to friends and family.

I stayed for over a week and had a wonderful experience. This is definitely one of those good hotel rooms I'd be happy to experience again 🩷

The room was in poor condition, with an AC that did not work properly and only one towel provided. Even worse, I booked the apartment on Booking.com for 168, but the staff asked me for 200 when I arrived. The security and staff were rude and very unprofessional. A disappointing stay at Alreem Hotel Apartment and not worth the money.

What made this stay special was the kind, hardworking girl on the staff who went out of her way to make guests feel welcome. Her warmth and professionalism were really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable too, so I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

👎🏾👎🏿👎 The service was very poor, especially at reception, where the behavior was extremely bad. I have been traveling in Gulf country for 10 years and this was the first time I saw a reception person behave like this. Badal ALLAH was a nonsense person. I hope the owner sees this message and understands how the staff treat customers. There were no proper services and the customer service was very bad.
