Crystal Plaza Hotel

The restriction itself was understandable, but the hotel never clearly explained its visitor rules. After I showed my UAE ID at reception, the lady receptionist told my friend that I could only be the last visitor allowed up to her room because she had already received two visitors that day, though they had left before I arrived. When my friend asked where these policies were written, we were told she would need to book another room to have more visitors. We were all female visitors and weren’t there to party. The receptionist’s manner was cold and unfriendly, and the lack of proper hospitality made the situation worse.

We paid 800 AED for two days, and it was a terrible experience. There was no internet through the useless Wi-Fi, no water bottles, and the reception never answered our calls. The tower itself wasn’t clean either. For that price, it definitely wasn’t worth it.

Getting around was easy because Crystal Plaza Hotel is centrally located, whether I wanted to shop, eat, or explore. The quick check-in and genuinely smiling staff also made a great first impression. My room was bright, comfortable, and very clean, so I had everything I needed for a stress-free stay. Considering the convenience and value, this place is hard to beat.

We’ve stayed in many hotels and travelled to many places, but this was one of our worst experiences. At Crystal Plaza Hotel Al Nud, there was no drinking water, the bed was uncomfortable, and the towels supplied weren’t enough for two guests. There wasn’t even a kettle or tea and coffee setup, which should be basic. The staff were not cooperative and did nothing to resolve the problems. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
