Sharjah Premiere

I wasn’t fully satisfied with the service, and several things need attention. There were small ants in the room, the bathroom smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals, and the sink faucet was very difficult to open and close. The room door handle was loose, often needed several attempts, and didn’t open the first time. The kettle cord was too short to reach an outlet, and the coffee and tea provided were very cheap. Some natural coffee tabs or drip bags and green tea would be better. One receptionist was also wearing a light-colored jacket with spots. I hope these issues get fixed.

The rooms were poorly prepared, cleanliness was lacking, and the service was terrible. Staff generally came across as unfriendly and unhelpful, with little concern for guest comfort. The worst part, though, was the manager, who I believe was named Charljan. He spoke loudly and used inappropriate language in front of guests, including families and children. That was completely unprofessional and suggested very poor management. I wouldn’t recommend Sharjah Premiere Hotel, since better or cheaper choices are available nearby.

The peaceful setting and friendly staff made this a very relaxing stay, and I absolutely loved the overall atmosphere. The swimming pool area is beautifully decorated, and booking here also gives you access to the stunning LouLou’a Beach Resort. A perfect getaway for me.

My recent stay was deeply disappointing, and I want this complaint to reach the hotel’s ownership. Management was unprofessional and unresponsive, especially the hotel manager, Mr. Shahdan. His conduct lacked courtesy, basic customer service, and respect, and I found his actions insulting and unacceptable. No guest should be treated the way I was. In my view, someone who interacts with guests in this manner should not be managing a hospitality property. Mr. Shahdan is harming the hotel’s reputation and may be driving loyal guests away. I strongly urge the owners to take immediate action. I will also share what happened through the appropriate channels so other guests can make informed decisions.
