The deposit was not returned, based on reasons I believe were false. They claimed we had used an extra bed, even though it was in a locked room, and also said we checked out late when nobody was there to receive the keys. I respect company policies, but not these allegations. How could I have evaluated the room by 4:00 pm when our flight was at 3:00 pm? The delay came from the cleaners, who did not arrive to collect the keys. I also don’t understand how they could say we used the extra bed when it was locked away. Raise the price if necessary, but don’t use deposits to make money through fake reasons.

The apartment, amenities, and location all worked very well for our stay of almost 2 months. The host was also very responsive. We enjoyed the experience and would be happy to come back someday.

It looks like a nice, elegant place to stay. Is there a website, or another way to contact them for details about a long stay?
