Emirates Stars Hotel Apartments Sharjah

Ms. Grace made a real difference during my stay at Grace Emirates Star Apartments. She was warm, welcoming, professional, and efficient, bringing both kindness and competence to every interaction. She helped make check-in easy and also assisted with local information, always showing genuine concern for guest comfort. Her dedication and hospitality add a lot to the hotel experience. Thank you, Ms. Grace.

The room was spotless, and most importantly, I didn’t see any bed bugs or cockroaches, so I slept comfortably. The front desk also accommodated my request for a higher floor and upgraded me to a one-bedroom apartment, which I appreciated. The main problems were the old furniture and outdated equipment. The TV was an older model and wasn’t a Smart TV. There was only one bellboy when I arrived, so I had to carry my own luggage to reception. The surroundings were especially frustrating. There are no paved roads right around the hotel, only more than a kilometer of “kacha,” or unpaved sandy parking. My shoes had never gotten dirty in the UAE before. A huge stalled mall construction project is right beside the hotel too, and the dark unfinished structure outside the terrace felt eerie and “horrifying” at night. It can work as a budget option if a clean, pest-free room matters most and old furniture doesn’t bother you. But walking access, the view, and modern amenities are difficult because of the construction and lack of proper roads.

Faisal at reception deserves special mention. He was friendly, professional, and consistently helpful, and his warm welcome and quick assistance improved the whole visit. The rooms were also clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with excellent facilities. Thank you to Faisal and the rest of the team for making my stay memorable. I’d gladly recommend this hotel and hope to return.

The hotel is conveniently located near Expo centre. After spending a day there and seeing the quality of the service, we booked another single room for our colleague. Grace at the front office was polite, professional, and extremely helpful. Her efficient, warm approach made both check-in and check-out easy. Mr.Amar Javed was cooperative during check-out as well.
