Mr. Mahmoud, the hotel manager, personally made sure our stay was comfortable and that our needs were handled. His care and professionalism showed in the service from the wider team. Nitu at reception was also polite, welcoming, and helpful, answering our questions patiently and making check-in smooth and quick. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, with reliable housekeeping every day. The location was convenient for shopping and transport too. It was a comfortable stay with friendly service, and I’d gladly choose Nejoum Al Emarate Hotel again when visiting Sharjah. ⭐️

This was my first experience in the UAE, and it was extremely frustrating. I booked a room two weeks ahead through the official website, then called the property and received confirmation again. When I arrived, they said the booking was not on their list and had been cancelled. I showed the confirmation email and call history, but they refused to accept it or help with our request. Very bad experience. If you’re concerned about the hotel service, don’t book a room here. The property is fraud.

The room was quiet and clean, with a comfortable bed, and the living room worked perfectly for talking with friends. This is also one of the few hotels in the area with valet parking. Rita kindly served breakfast and explained everything we needed to know. The food was good for the price.

For 130 dirhams, I got 24 hours at the hotel and was really impressed. The bathroom was excellent, the room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were also incredibly welcoming. I stayed on May 14th and would definitely recommend it.
