10/10
The pool was the best part of my stay. It was large, clean, and well-kept, with plenty of seating and shade, and it felt safe and family-friendly. It’s a nice place to swim, sunbathe, or simply relax. Ewan Hotel also has spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds, modern amenities, and a pleasant, cozy design. Housekeeping kept everything tidy each day. The staff were welcoming and professional from arrival, and they were always willing to answer questions or help. Breakfast had a good range of choices, the food quality stayed consistent, and the dining area was pleasant with attentive service. The location gives easy access to nearby attractions, shopping, and restaurants, so it works for both business and leisure trips. I’d recommend Ewan Hotel and would consider coming back.

We booked the hall for our farewell and really loved it.

The rooms are neat and clean, and I liked the services overall. The reception desk is the exception, as the staff there should be more well-behaved. Parking isn’t very good because it’s open, “kaccha” parking.

The rooms and common areas were dirty, and even in the hot July weather, the AC was either not working or switched off to save money. The staff showed no basic customer etiquette or manners, acting as though letting guests stay was a favor. This was one of the worst places I’ve encountered for staying or using any service. I’d honestly rather stay at a bus or railway station than return to this horrible hotel.

Avoid this hotel. I travel often for business and holidays, and these two nights were my worst stay ever. The room they gave me, number 122, was not fit to live in. The smell, floor, bed, and cleanliness were all a complete disaster. Places like this shouldn’t exist in Dubai or anywhere else in the world. Please don’t stay here.
